Deep Stretch Yin-style Yoga for Athletes
Learn to integrate this style of ‘stretching’ into your training regime for rehabilitation of injury, suppleness of the joints and prevent overuse syndrome. The session will begin with an in-depth personal assessment of your current strengths, vulnerabilities and athletic goals. You will learn how and when to apply yin ‘stretching’ techniques to positively effect your connective tissue and minimize patterns of muscle imbalance and joint weakness.
