A variety of classes and styles will appeal to yogis of all levels. Challenge yourself and stretch your limits or simply create the space for more breath in your life.   Those new to yoga will benefit from Beginning Yoga but will also find Hatha Blend and Gentle Hatha quite accessible.  Fusion Flow and Mixed Level are preferable with some yoga experience although fit beginners will likely find them enjoyable.  ‘Up-level’ options make sure that even advanced yogis stay engaged. Beginning Yoga

A great class for beginners and practicing students looking to refine their knowledge of the basics. Beginning Yoga will focus on the essential elements in starting your yoga practice. With clear, detailed instruction, and demonstration, you will learn how to connect breath with movement in each posture, developing your strength and flexibility. Discover the many benefits of yoga: physical fitness, stress reduction, total rejuvenation.

Mondays 5:30-6:45 pm with Alayne

Gentle Hatha

A gentle class that draws upon the careful alignment instructions  and simple postures of hatha yoga to increase strength, range of motion, balance and ease.  This class is great for beginning yogis as well as those looking to refine and deepen the subtle aspects of their practice. This practice will leave you feeling grounded, connected and peaceful.

Tuesdays 6-7:15 pm with Ja’hnie

Mixed Level

A ‘hatha vinyasa’ class best enjoyed by those with some yoga experience but accessible to all levels. Warm up with sun salutations, build strength with balancing poses and warrior series, work your core, deeply open the hips and release the spine with twists. The careful alignment of hatha yoga combines with flowing poses to challenge and engage you. Classes may include a focus on arm balances, inversions (prep for inversions), spinal work or deep twists.

Wednesdays 5:30-6:45 pm with Alayne

Fusion Flow

A balanced practice that accommodates all levels while challenging advancing Yogis with backbends, hand-balancings, and inversions. Classes include vinyasa, strength-building and core work, expansive backbends and challenging balances poses. A rejuvenative restorative pose and long savasana round out the practice.

Saturdays 10-11:30 am with Alayne

Hatha Blend

Strengthen your foundation with the basic building blocks of hatha yoga.  This class will be built around the fundamentals of yoga asana: standing postures, seated poses, forward bends, back bends and twists. Get the goods that yoga has to offer: increased strength, balance, contentedness, ease and well-being.  Beginners to Advanced practitioners.

Thursdays 6-7:15 pm with Ja’hnie
