Kundalini- Wednesday/Saturday 10-11:30 am & Thursday 7-8:15 pm with Anna Raupp

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is an ancient technology that allows you to access your inner potential.  In order to experience health, the nervous system must strong, the glands balanced, the circulation functioning well and the immune system intact. In order to understand and direct the course of our life the mind must be clear to where we are not stuck in old emotional patterns, but live from a place of clarity, discernment and intuition. And for the spirit to thrive we must transcend our individual experience and be able to connect and flow with the greater course of the universe.

In this practice we will utilize breathe, learn and practice posture, and use mantra and meditation to reach inner stillness. Kundalini Yoga helps to one to more fully relax, cope with stress, reduce anxiety, build self-esteem, and cultivate positive habits. You will gain flexibility in body and access to the more subtle terrain of the heart.  Kundalini Yoga is intended for all people living, working and creating in the world.
