At Anahata, yoga is a heart-based practice meant to foster a greater sense of well-being. All classes are open to all levels, however some yoga experience is recommended for Hatha Vinyasa classes.  Those new to yoga will benefit from the basics in Beginning Yoga.  Beginners, as well as those wishing to deepen their practice or needing therapeutic support, will also benefit from an introductory private yoga session.

Offered one-on-one or to small groups, these personalized yoga sessions can jump-start a beginner practice, support a yogi with therapeutic needs, assist in deepening your practice, or just allow for yoga to fit into a busy schedule.
