Anahata was founded in 2005 and has grown into an active studio.  Holistic health-care in the form of therapeutic yoga, massage and Ayurvedic therapies including consultations and Pancha Karma are available from Stephanie Dickerson.  We carry Ayurvedic herbs, yoga mats, essential oils,  books & cd’s in our growing retail section.  Anahata and it’s amenities are available to rent for your own special event and practitioners interested in office space are encouraged to inquire.

Stephanie Dickerson is the founder, owner and operator of Anahata in Homer, Alaska where she practices Ayurveda, Massage, and teaches yoga.  Stephanie grew up learning about Ayurveda and Yoga from her Dad, Richard Haynes who has an Ayurvedic Center in Portland, OR. She has also studied with many other teachers including, Dr. Mary Jo Cravatta, Sarahjoy Marsh and Dr. John Douillard.
