Anahata was founded in 2004 and grew into an active studio providing yoga, massage and Ayurvedic therapies including Panchakarma. Anahata closed and moved out of it’s first location December of 2012 after almost 9 vibrant years in business.
Stephanie Dickerson was the founder, owner and operator of Anahata in Homer, Alaska where she practiced Ayurveda, Massage, and taught yoga. Stephanie grew up learning about Ayurveda and Yoga from her Dad, Richard Haynes who has an Ayurvedic Center in Portland, OR. She also studied with many other teachers including, Dr. Mary Jo Cravatta, Sarahjoy Marsh and Dr. John Douillard.
